Try before you buy

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature. No credit card is needed, so there’s nothing to refund for the trial.

Full refund within 14 days

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for Annual or Lifetime.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@getnuxa.com from the email address you used to buy Nuxa, or include that address in your message. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

After a refund

Your purchase ends. Your notes stay readable, searchable, and exportable, and editing and AI features lock.
